Claudia Milli is a post-doctoral researcher with a strong focus on EU capital markets law, financial innovation, and sustainability. She recently completed a post-doctoral research appointment at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, where she contributed to a PRIN 2020 project analysing the Italian financial legal framework in relation to the Capital Markets Union action plan.
Claudia holds a PhD in Law from the University of Naples “Parthenope”, co-funded by the Bank of Italy, with a dissertation on banking crises and innovation within the Capital Markets Union. She is also a qualified lawyer and has gained professional experience in debt capital markets and structured finance at leading international law firms. She teaches and has lectured on banking and financial markets law, commercial law, and fintech-related topics at several Italian universities.
