Dominik Dworniczak is Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute for Work, Organisation and Transformation (FAA-HSG) at the University of St. Gallen and Senior Scientist at the Department of Private Law at the University of Salzburg (Austria). He holds a PhD in Law from the European University Institute (Florence, Italy). His current research focuses on the relationship between regulatory theory and tort law in the context of digital regulation, as well as on the reception of European consumer law in Switzerland. Dominik has held visiting positions across Europe, including Austria, Germany, Hungary and Switzerland. His broader academic interests extend to European private law, particularly consumer protection and contract law, as well as to legal theory and constitutional law, with a focus on access to justice.
