She is currently writing a monograph, Personalised Pricing in the AI Era: Outcome Harm, Competition Enforcement and AI Governance, for Edward Elgar.
Miroslava has more than fifteen years’ experience in competition law, including previous roles at Ofgem and the Bulgarian Competition Authority. She has published on abuse of dominance, the as-efficient-competitor principle, excessive pricing, digital markets regulation and AI, and regularly contributes to academic and policy debates on competition enforcement in digital markets.
