Victor Hugo Delfante Borborema is an LL.M. candidate in European Economic Law at Lund University. His academic interests encompass EU competition law, intellectual property law, artificial intelligence, digital markets, and the intersection of law and technology.
He serves as a research assistant to Behrang Kianzad, founding member of the Fairness in Digital Markets and AI (FIDMA) initiative, contributing to research on competition law, digital market regulation, and AI governance. His responsibilities include legal research, monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, and producing analytical content for the FIDMA blog.
