Björn Lundqvist is Professor of European Law with a focus on Competition Law and Head of EU Law at Stockholm University; previously Associate Professor, Copenhagen Business School (Denmark) 2012-2016. He has published numerous works on the matter of Intellectual property, competition law and digital markets, as well as two monographs, ‘R&D collaborations under the Competition Rules of the European Union and The Antitrust Laws of the United States’ and ‘Standardization under EU Competition Rules & US Antitrust Laws: The Rise and Limits of Self-Regulation”.
