Dr. Maryam Pourrahim is a legal scholar and attorney specializing in intellectual property, competition law, and the governance of technology. She earned her joint PhD from Tilburg University and the University of Fribourg with a focus on standard-essential patents (SEPs) and licensing in ICT and IoT. With 15+ years of international experience across academia, private practice, and policy, she advises SMEs and teaches globally. Maryam is currently engaged in research and consulting projects at the intersection of innovation law, sustainability, and digital regulation.
