Dr. sc. Dino Gliha is a consultant and representative specialising in intellectual property rights and competition law (PhD), with a sub-specialisation in the field of artificial intelligence (DipAI, Oxon). His work focuses particularly on IPR-based project design, frontier technologies, and the commercialisation of research-driven innovation.
He is the co-founder of the Joint Law Office dr. sc. Sandra Marković, Sidonija Grbavac & dr. sc. Dino Gliha and Qi Project Ltd., a business consulting agency focused on AI and IPR. In addition to his legal and business practice, he is a patent representative and has a hands on experience with AI development of various projects in different fields of application.
He has authored numerous scientific and professional publications and regularly speaks at academic and industry conferences. He has also participated in several international research projects. His current academic focus centres on the creative sector, exploring the AI- copyright intersection and the broader societal and regulatory implications of AI technologies.
