Jörgen Hettne (born 1966) holds an LL.D. and formerly served as Professor of Business Law at the Department of Business Law, Lund University, and as Director of the Centre for European Studies (CFE) at Lund University. He specializes in EU law and has authored several books and numerous articles in the field. His previous roles also include service at the General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg and as researcher and Director at the Swedish Institute for European Policy Studies (SIEPS). He now serves as a Judge at the General Court of the European Union.
