Laura Zoboli is Assistant Professor of Law at IE University, School of Law.

Her research explores the interaction between legal frameworks and market dynamics, with a focus on intellectual property, data governance, competition law, and the regulation of emerging technologies in support of sustainability and the circular economy.

In 2022, she was awarded a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship for the project REBOOT.AI, which examined experimental regulatory tools for trustworthy artificial intelligence. She is Scientific Coordinator of the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies at the University of Warsaw and has been a visiting researcher at leading institutions, including the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and Harvard University’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society.
