Nada Ina Pauer is a Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Intellectual Property and Competition Law at the MPI for Innovation and Competition at the Max-Planck-Institut für Innovation und Wettbewerb. Her areas of interest include European Business Law, Antitrust Law, Civil Law, Legal Implications of the Data-Driven Economy.
