Yuwen Gao holds a Master’s degree in European and International Trade Law from Lund University. Her research focuses on the intersection of EU competition law, digital market regulation, and data protection. She previously served as a judicial assistant at the Suzhou International Commercial Court. Currently, she participates in the FIDMA Research Network, supporting research projects on fairness, artificial intelligence, and digital markets.
